Kejadian ni benar-benar belaku kat kampung aku kat Perak.
Ceritanya bermula apabila ada sorang pakcik(dah tua benor..patut aku pangil atuk lagi baik) kat kampung aku tu meninggal. Dia ni nak cakap kaya tak kaya gak.Tapi hidup senang la. Dia nie sebatang kara. Bini dah lama meninggal...anak lak tak pernah nak jenguk dia..sampai hari meninggal baru la anak lelaki dia balik...sebenarnya dia anak tunggal. kita namakan la dia Lehman(bukan nama sebenar) Tapi tak tau la kenapa tak balik. Dengar cerita dia duk KL jer..bukan nyer jauh KL-Ipoh tu..biarkanlah jangan jaga tepi kain orang mesti ada sebab tu...
tapi yang heran tu masa majlis pengkebumian tu, Lehman nangis punya la kuat..gegar tiang seri dibuatnya. Menyesal la tu...tapi apa nak buat...benda dah berlaku...
Sebulan lepas tu aku dengar Lehman dengan family dia memutuskan nak pindah dari KL ker rumah arwah bapak dia. dia orang nak tinggal kat rumah tu...mengikut cerita member kampung aku, hari pertama pindah dia bawak anak dia jenjalan keliliang rumah. Tetiba anak kepada Lehman jumpa sebiji labu sayung kecik. Sebab nampak baik jer labu sayung tu , anak dia masukkan kedalam poket dia.
Sambil jejalan bersama anak dia menikmati permandangan, TIBA-TIBA anak dia sound, eee...besarnya tasik nie!! Nie bukan tasik nie kolam ikan atuk!!! OOOO...cakap anak dia. (* ...ehhh macam pernah dengar jer ayat nie)
Malam tu lepas makan malam dia suruh anak dia tido awal. Lagi pun ujan dah turun renyai-renyai..bulan lak sedap mengambang. Masa Lehman selimutkan anak dia, anak dia bertanya "kenapa kita duduk kampung atuk yek?" Lehman kelu tak terkata.. Lehman cakap "dulu Ayah tak pernah balik kampung..tak pernah nak jengok atuk..sekarang...."Telefon pun tak pernah???" cakap anak Lehman....terus berlalu lehman tanpa boleh berkata apa2.
Malam tu anak Lehman teringat labu sayung yang dia jumpa tadi..ape lagi bebudak katakan...terus la buka...Tiba2 satu cahaya terang keluar dari labu sayung tu...kalo yang keluar Jin hijau kopi POWER takpe..nie makhluk bebulu lebat macam gorilla. Pe lagi..anak dia menjerit la histeria la...
lehman terdengo jeritan tu terus lari ke bilik anak dia....terkejut lehman tengok di depan anak dia ada makhluk berbulu lebat...makhluk tu memekik.. "aku perlu cari pengganti kepada tuan aku..." selepas tu terus hilang dari pandangan. Anak Lehman terus pengsan.
Seminggu berlalu....Anak Lehman masih di hospital tak sedarkan diri. Doktor tak tau punca apa penyakit dia. Masuk Minggu kedua doktor cadangkan bawak balik ubat cara kampung lak... Kebetulan orang kampung aku nie ada yang terror ngubat penyakit pelik2 nie..
Malam yang di janjikan datang la dukun tu kerumah lehman. Memacam dia bawak peralatah kebomohan dia. Member aku cakap bomoh nie tuntut ilmu dari seberang. Pernah bertapa kat Acheh 5 tahun masa tahun 60-an dulu.
Lepas bomoh tu menilik, sah anak Lehman nie terkena sampuk Hantu Raya. Dia nak cari tuan baru. Bomoh tu cakap dia tau macam mana nak selesaikan masalah nie. Dia start bakar kemeyang hutan dia..terus bermentera dalam loghat pelik..kawan aku cakap tu bahasa orang bunian..dia urut anak lehman dari kepala hingga ke hujung kaki. Yang peliknya masa kat hujung ibu jari tu terkelua macam air warna hitam pekat ..lalu bomoh tu masukkan ke dalam botol kecik...lepas tu anak lehman pun sedar.
Bomoh tu terangkan yang air hitam tu adalah "benda" tu. Biasanya orang buang kat laut. Tapi bomoh tu cakap cara nie berbahaya. Nanti ada orang jumpa kan payah..Bomoh tu cakap bagi dia yang uruskan..
Nak tau apa bomoh tu buat????dia masuk jauh dalam hutan..tak silap aku kaki gunung Korbu kot...dia bawak jagung yang siap dah goreng lepas tu buat lobang dan tanam. Lepas tu bukak penutup botol tu sambil menyumpah makhluk tu..ko jaga jagung ni sampai dia mengeluarkan hasil. Selagi tak tumbuh selagi tu ko tak boleh kembali ke tuan mu....
hehehe...pandai gak dukut tu...sampai bila pun tak akan tumbuh jagung tu.
Nak jadikan cerita lepas 6 bulan anak Lehman buat hal lagi...Lehman terpaksa panggil bomoh tu kembali sebab anak dia dah kena rasuk balik. Lepas bomoh tu selidik rupa2 nya "benda" dulu tu dah balik....terkejut sakan bomoh tu..."benda" tu cakap jagung tuan dia dah tumbuh...ni datang nak bagi tau. bomoh tu tak percaya...dia suruh "benda" tu tunjukkan...
satu kampung aku turun buat rombongan ke kaki gunung korbu..Bomoh tu cakap mesti ada jagung yang tak di goreng betul2..sebab tu la tumbuh... Bila sampai jer kat tempat tu...terbeliak biji mata orang kampung sekali dengan bomoh tu...
LADANG JAGUNG AH SENG....
PENGAJARAN :
1) Balik Kampung jengok mak bapak sekali sekala..mana yang duduk jauh
2) Jangan menipu hantu...terkena kita balik!!!!
3) Bayangkan dalam hutan pun orang sanggup cari duit buat ladang jagung..nie kan kita...hehehehe...lu pikir la sendiri....

If they happen to go over the monthly goal for sales, they just need to remember that profit is not a dirty word.

5 Biggest Challenges to Working at Home
Working at home is no piece of cake. Most people understand that, but they do not really get why it can be so challenging. Outlined here are the five biggest challenges to working at home. These challenges will not stop a person from working at home but can cause a lot of problems and ruin any chance for making it in the work at home environment.
Challenge #1 Time
There is a lot of freedom when working at home and that means being able to manage time efficiently is very important. It can be easy to let time get away. It is also easy to underestimate how long a task or job will take and not allot enough time to get it done. To keep time from being a challenge a person should develop a schedule and be sure to schedule both work and free time.
Challenge #2 Boundaries
Many times family and friends do not take working at home seriously which can lead to problems with boundaries. It can be hard to tell someone ‘I am working’ and actually get them to understand and accept it. To help with boundary issues a person should set up a work at home area that is specifically for work. When in the work area no personal phones calls or interruptions should be tolerated.
Challenge #3 Too much independence
Working at home is about freedom, but being too independent can lead to problems. Everyone needs interaction with others. One of the perks of working outside the home is interacting with other people. When a person works at home it can be easy to withdraw into that world and forget about the outside world. The outside world is important, though. Networking is huge part of working at home success. Every person who works at home should find some type of online environment to belong to and be able to escape to during the work day just to relax.
Challenge #4 Being out of the loop
This kind of goes with independence. Being out of the loop means not staying informed. Working at home is about staying informed and knowing what is going on in the industry in which you are working. A person should be a part of online groups and other communities that will give them information they should know.

As mentioned before, sometimes family and friends will not be supportive. It is common for them to not believe a person is really working and that they are just messing around. The way to combat this is to show them what is going on. A person should show what they do, how much money they make and make it clear that this is a real job.
These five challenges are going to be an issue for almost everyone who works at home. They are challenges that can be overcome, though, so they should never lead to a person giving up on working at home. Challenges will just make a person a better worker and teach them important skills they need to survive in the work at home environment.
