Sistem Pelaburan Online/Offline vs Perniagaan Online/Offline

Adakah anda tahu perbezaan pelaburan online/offline dengan perniagaan online/offline. Sebenarnya bagi saya adalah dua benda yang terlalu berbeza.

Pendapat saya Pelaburan online/offline ini ada banyak cara. Ada yang melabur di industri kewangan, industri minyak, industri kelapa sawit dan macam-macam lagi. Tapi semua nya berteraskan internet Anda hanya perlu sediakan model dan mengamanahkan modal anda untuk satu syarikat menjanakan keuntungan bagi pihak anda.

Perniagaan Online pula berkisar kepada anda sendiri untuk menjayakan perniagaan anda. Perniagaan seperti Affiliate (mempromosikan produt syarikat atau individu lain dengan menerima komisen),menjual product di E-bay,Menjawap Online Survey, pay-per-click atau pay-per- lead dan lain-lain lagi. Saya akan menerangkan lebih mendalam tengtang pelaburan ini di lain artikel.

TAPI AWAS.
Sesetengah sistem pelaburan dan perniagaan internet ada yang cuba memperdayakan orang yang baru ingin menceburi kedua2 bidang tersebut. Sesetengah pelaburan hanya memerlukan duit anda dan menjanjikan keuntungang yang berlipat ganda tanpa anda perlu bersusah payah. Jangan percaya kepada sistem yang claim sebegini. Anda tidak akan boleh kaya tanpa bersusah payah (mungkin ada yang perlu sedikit effort untuk berjaya...tapi tak banyak dipasaran)..Begitu juga dengan perniaagan online atau offline yang biasa mewujudkan "urgency" kepada pengguna supaya membuat pembelian product mareka. Cuba anda datang sekali lagi di masa hadapan. Kemungkinan anda akan berjumpa kembali offer yang sama!!! benda macam ini biasanya berlaku di perniagaan online . Ambik masa anda untuk study dulu.....dah paham baru membuat sebarang pembelian..

Pada 30-Oct-08 lepas saya hendak pergi ke tempat kerja...ada flayer tersangkut kat pagar rumah saya..saya pun terus masuk kerete dan terus ke tempat kerja ...sampai kat tempat kerje terus baca........

Perghhhh....dengan sedikit effort kita boleh buat duit sesenang jer...menarik ni...bayangkan kita boleh dapat duit tanpa menjual...Setiap hari boleh dapat RM10 ~RM500!!!! gilo apa...gaji saya pun tak sampai macam tu sehari.....best ni sudah le tak payah jual apa2...dapat duit lagi ..sudah tu dia "Claim" :
1. bukan skim cepat kaya(tak kaya ker kalo dapat RM500 setiap hari???)...
2. bukan surat berantai(flayer pun bukan surat berantai ker??)..
3. bukan sistem piramid (Anda baca seterusnya..and judge sendiri la lepas tu..)

cara dia senang jer...
1. Pelabuaran serendah RM50.
2. lepas tu masukkan RM10 kat dlm akaun bank nama 4 orang yang ada dlm flayer tu
3. Masukkan RM10 lagi untuk Syarikat yang menguruskan tu...
4. Lepas tu daftarkan nama kita sendiri..
5. Kalau permohonan diluluska...(gerenti lulus punya)...nama kita masuk kat level 1...nama pada level 2,3 akan diturunkankat bawah.Level 4 dikeluarkan..(nie system piramid la kan???)

Yang best nya..kalau kita dapat cari 20 ahli dari setiap level dapat RM1,684,200...JUTAWAN BEB...Syed Mokhtar Al-bukhari pun makan tahun...baru jadi JUTAWAN!!tu pun start bela lembu.... menang nombor pun dah cuba berkurun lamanya baru merasa duit ribu-ribuan..tu pun kawan dan nak "pau" dulu.

TAPI TUNGGU DULU...BACA SITUASI BAWAH NI DULU.

Situation 1
Rakyat Malaysia ada 25,274,132 (perangkaan pada Julai-08)...katakan 10% jer masuk...dan berjaya cari 80 orang( untuk 4 levelx20 orang)...maknanya ada 250,000 orang kat Malaysia yang bertaraf Jutawan!!!bila dah ramai orang kaya...tak ke roti canai nanti harga RM50 sekeping!!!

Situation 2
Andai kata syarikat tu JUJUR...pasti dlm akaun bank dia masuk RM10 dari setiap 250K orang X 80 orang yang diorang cari XRM10...maknanya syarikat tu menjana RM200JUTA!!! ... tak terperanjat Dr. Zetty Aftar...terus hantar orang bank Negara block Account syarikat tu...tak ker kita rugi..ehhh apa nak rugi RM50 jer...tu pun kalau masuk sorang...kalau nak masuk nama ahli keluarga boleh jadi RM200~300 punya.

Situation 3
Tu yang diatas tu jujur punye cerita..kalo tak jujur macam mana???kalau syarikat tu letak "fake" account..semua kaum kerabat dia...dah tentu dia kaya cara menipu orang..tapi flayer tu cakap dia tak tipu...tapi takpe RM50 jer rugi...kalau keluarga beso..sampai abang ipar besan sebalah atuk kat luar negeri pun dia masukan...bak kata Nabil ...lu pikir sendiri la.... berapa banyak rugi...

Situation 4
Kalo ada yang menipu macam mana...dia sendiri yang masukkan nama kaum kerabat dia tapi dia tak daftarkan pun kat compony tu...dia letak 4-4 nombor akaun dia...photostat 500 copy. Cost dia RM15(satu copy 3sen). Lepas tu dia upah ANE hantar surat khabar dan selitkan dalam surat khabar yang dia hantar.. bagi RM50 kat dia. Andai kata 200 orang yang kena tipu..dia dapat RM2000 sesenang..lepas tu tolak modal dia dapat RM1350...duit free beb..Takkan RM1350 Bank negara nak block account bank dia!!! tapi kena ketuk ngan block kayu ada dari orang yang dia tipu...tu pun kalo dia tahu orang yang tipu dia...

Jadi pastikan jika ingin memulakan sesuatu buat kajian jangan guna istilah "You jump, I jump" tu dalam bercinta boleh..dalam pernigaan atau yang melibatkan modal anda DI NASIHATI JANGAN. Sit back relax...monitor the situation first then plan next action.

Learning to follow a budget can be very difficult at first. This can be a big concern if you have been use to spending money freely. First step of course is setting up your budget and some guidelines to keep within your budget. Be sure that all expenses are accounted for. Don’t forget to include fun money or entertainment funds if able. Once your budget is put together soundly you are ready to set up some guidelines to assist you in keeping on track with your budget.

One of the best ways to keep you on budget is to stop carrying cash. For most of us while shopping when we see signs offering miscellaneous items for ninety-nine cents we can’t resist. It’s just a dollar here and a dollar there. Those dollars add up fast and before you know it the twenty dollars in your pocket is gone. By not carrying cash you can help stop impulse buying. If you still prefer to carry cash, your best bet is to only take what money is necessary to spend. Give yourself an estimate of what your groceries will cost you. Take only that amount with you. This will help curb the need to purchase excess items, knocking you off the budget track

Always shop with a list, to help prevent unnecessary spending. If you make a weekly or biweekly grocery list, you will only be purchasing those needed food items. Or create a list of cleaning supplies and stick to those isles only. If you allow yourself to wander aimlessly around a store you are allowing yourself to be tempted for other purchases. It can be very hard to stay on budget when desired objects surround you.

Become a thrifty shopper. It can’t hurt to look through coupons. Even a few saved cents per purchase can really add up on savings in the end. Searching through clearance sections in stores is another way to find items you need and save money on as well. You may be pleasantly surprised to see how much you can take home, and still have money in your pocket on your way out the door.

Keeping yourself on a budget is about self-control. It’s fighting the urge to buy what is not needed. If you have a difficult time curbing your shopping habit, keep a friend or relative with you on shopping outings. Someone you can trust to steer you away from temptation. As long as you lower the temptation for purchases, make a list and stick to necessary isles you will prevent yourself from loosing track of your budget needs.

Once you conquer your shopping demons, you will become proud of yourself for doing so. It’s a good feeling to be able to shop and stick to a list of items and not cave to those savings signs. You’ll feel a great sense of accomplishment as well. So don’t be overwhelmed, grab that pen and paper and keep on the budget path.

There are some things you should never do in business if you want to succeed. If you are already a successful business you are well aware of this. If you are a new business entrepreneur than these three tips may be very helpful to you.

The first thing you NEVER want to do is to skimp on advertising. Without proper advertising your business will chance taking a big loss in services or product sales. An example of this is a small business that puts out children’s audio CD’s is introducing a new product. The business is new and practically unknown. They do have a website, and a small advertisement in the local newspaper. Only a small area is going to be aware of this company and it’s CD. A better form of advertisement would have been advertising in several, larger newspapers. Having a billboard advertisement that can be seen in a heavily trafficked area. These may cost more, but you will reach a larger customer base. Without reaching customers, you fail.

Secondly, NEVER let your guard down with your business competition. If your business has a competitive market you want to definitely consider this. An example of this is a video store. You would want to be aware of what the other store offers. Is there a large selection? What are their prices per video per day? Do they offer any specials or discounts? You would want to keep up on both the smaller video stores as well as the larger video store chains in your area. You want to either match what is offered or offer a slightly lower fee. Customers love to save money, even a few dollars and cents.
